We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Norlo Design. If you are not, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
